We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how many of us actually take the time to eat it? Most of us are so busy rushing off to work or school in the morning that we don’t even stop for a few seconds to put something in our stomachs.
Although we know we should eat breakfast, we probably don’t feel guilty when we don’t. I mean, it’s not that big of a deal, right?
WRONG! Actually, habitually skipping breakfast can actually result in some pretty serious health problems, and one woman in China has recently learned this the hard way.
After an operation, surgeons came across some very disturbing findings in the woman’s body. There were hundreds of stones in her liver and gallbladder, and the surgical team believes they are are a result of the woman failing to eat breakfast on a regular basis.
